THE ASSET

• Former general office located just east of downtown Indianapolis’s CBD. This building was strategically targeted because it met the criteria for our tenant, UNIFI Autism Care.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Acquire a vacant general office building in a strong sub-market with close proximity to regional health systems and the residential population our tenant was trying to serve.

• Create value through the redevelopment of the asset to the specifications of our tenant, a private equity backed autism therapy clinic.

THE RESULT

• Echo is currently working through the repositioning of the asset for the tenant’s use.
