Former orthopedic and physical therapy office located just north of downtown Akron’s CBD. This building was strategically targeted because it met the criteria for our tenant, Brightview Health.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Acquire a vacant medical office facility in a strong medical sub-market with close proximity to regional health systems and the residential population our tenant was trying to serve.
Create value through the redevelopment of the asset to our tenant’s specifications.
THE RESULT
Through close coordination with the tenant and our general contractor, we were able to reposition the building for the tenant’s use as a clinical and behavioral health facility.
Successfully value engineered the tenant improvements to utilize existing building services and exam rooms to remain within our tenant’s occupancy budget.
Sold the asset to a private investor in December 2019.
