The buildings are located in the Lowry submarket, a vibrant neighborhood southeast of Denver and adjacent to the affluent Cherry Creek neighborhood. They were originally built in 1942 as administrative and training facilities for the United States Army Air Force on what was then the Lowry Air Base, and were converted to medical office buildings in the early 2000s.
